Email με ερώτηση προς τα κεντρικά πρόσωπα του κινήματος...

Την Κυριακή 5/4/09 έστειλα στην Ηλεκτρονικη Δ/νση g.zeit@yahoo.com το παρακάτω Ηλ. μύνημα με την ελπίδα να έχω μια απάντηση σύντομα.

Dear Zeitgeisters,

My name is Vaios ,from Greece and i am 28 years old. The things are going great with the movement here in Greece and there is a lot of activity. I understand that we are in an early stage of the movement and our first steps would be to try to wake as much people as we can. Lately i've been trying to imagine our next steps and i have come to some ideas and thoughts. I am sending this mail to ask your opinion about a particular idea that i have run into. It is the following.


I imagine an online Community with a possible name of "Resource Based Exchange Community". It would be like an extended social network (like Facebook) only the members would exchange services and other resources between them without the use of money. Users who accept those services or resources would reward the people who give the resources with points (called reward points). and other "special" points (like extra points for good quality or attitude ,cooperation etc ). When i say resources i mean virtually everything from food to a medical exam or borrowing a scientific or technology equipment. In this extended online community there would be chances for Universities and Companies to take their part. For example they could find human resources in the Community or finance a project (like produce cheap photovoltaic panels for public use). 

The reward points could be used from the users to reward other people. In other words points would be used instead of money. Also it would be usefull if the whole system had a levelling system but its not in the purpose of this mail to describe that.

I think that the advandages for our movement with the adoption of such a kind of system would be huge. The money would eventually lose its value and we as a movement would gain more resources and flexibility. So what do you think?

Νομίζω οτι ο τύπος και το ύφος της απάντηση τους θα είναι ένα κριτήριο για το πως και με ποιούς τρόπους  μπορούμε να αναπτύξουμε τις δράσεις μας....
